Turkey terms and rules for using MegaPari

By creating an account or using the services, you enter a binding agreement based on these general terms. You confirm that you read and accept all policies referenced here.

Eligibility and registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• You may only use the platform where betting is allowed by the laws of your location. Turkish Law No. 7258 restricts remote betting by private operators; use is prohibited where local law forbids it.
• One account per person; duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.
• During registration you must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

Changes to terms

• Terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
• Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You should regularly read the latest version available on the site.

Proper use of the platform

• Do not engage in fraud, chargebacks, misuse of bonuses, arbitrage that exploits obvious errors, collusion, or use of automated tools or scripts.
• Do not attempt to bypass geo-blocking or other access controls.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and any activity under your account.

Content and intellectual property

• Markets, odds, event data, software, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws.
• A limited, revocable license is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping, redistributing, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

Service availability and liability

• Services may be suspended or modified for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.
• No guarantee is given that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Network, device, and third-party failures may affect access.
• To the extent permitted by law, liability for losses arising from use of the services is limited to the stake of the affected bet.

Jurisdictional notice for Turkey

• The offering of private remote betting is restricted in Turkey. Access to markets, bonuses, or payments may be disabled or blocked for users located in Turkey.
• Accounts may be suspended or closed if use from a prohibited location is detected or if required by law.

If any part of these terms is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

These general rules apply to all bets unless a sport or market has a specific policy that takes priority.

Eligibility to place a bet

• You must have an active account, meet age requirements, and be located where betting is allowed.

Bet acceptance and confirmation

• A bet is accepted only when it appears in your betting history with a unique reference number.
• Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start time. In-play betting may use a delay before acceptance.
• Odds may change before acceptance. The bet is settled based on the odds confirmed at acceptance.

Stakes, limits, and payout caps

• Minimum and maximum stakes, as well as maximum payouts per bet or per event, are displayed in the bet slip or market rules.
• Limits may vary by sport, competition, market type, and account status.

Settlement of results

• Bets are settled using official sources or reputable data providers. If an official result is corrected later, settlement follows the first official result unless market rules state otherwise.
• Dead-heat rules, void rules, and market-specific tie provisions apply where relevant.

Restrictions and prohibited betting

• Correlated selections that create an unfair advantage are not allowed unless offered as a specific market.
• Suspicious betting patterns may lead to bet cancellation, account review, and reporting to authorities.

Cancellations and voids

• You cannot cancel a confirmed bet. Bets may be voided if placed after an event has started without being offered as in-play, if there is a palpable error in odds or market, or if an event is postponed or abandoned and the applicable rules require voiding.
• If a market is settled in error, it may be resettled based on correct information.

Bonuses, free bets, and promotions

• Bonus use is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying odds, time limits, and excluded markets or payment methods.
• Abuse of bonuses or attempting to gain risk-free profit may result in bonus removal, bet cancellation, or account restrictions.
